Organizational structure:

The organization of Foundation SPOONK is structured according to the board – management model.
The tasks and powers of the board and management, and the relationship between them, can also be found in the articles of association, can also be found in the
articles of association and the board-management regulations. These regulations have been drawn up based on the Articles of Association of the foundation SPOONK, taking into account the Principles and Best Practice points of the board+management model according to the Governance Code for Culture. In addition to this code, SPOONK also endorses the Fair Practice Code and the Diversity and Inclusion Code.

Remuneration policy:
The board members do not receive any remuneration for policy-making activities. 

Reimbursement
certain expenses, such as travel expenses, may be possible in certain cases.
The board ensures that in the event of dissolution, the remaining assets will be allocated to a Public Benefit Organization with a similar purpose. 
There is currently a permanent position for the artistic director with approx. minimum wage. Specific activities, outsourced work by third parties, are paid by invoice. Often freelance basis.
Volunteers and interns:
Many SPOONK projects are realized with the help of volunteers and interns. They are essential to realizing our program. Volunteer fees are pursued.

Statutory Objective.
The foundation aims:
To present, stimulate, and initiate innovative experimental visual arts and theater at national and international level and to communicate this to a wide audience. It aims to be signaling and fulfill a pioneering role.
The foundation aims to achieve that goal by.
1.Organizing, programming exhibitions, presentations, projects in its own space, on location, and in public space. With attention to knowledge transfer such as guest lessons, lectures, symposia, workshops, and other public activities.
2. Offering an interdisciplinary stage for young and more established artists/theater makers and creating opportunities to further develop and showcase their skills and talents.
3.Establishing the necessary collaborations in organizational, artistic, and substantive areas.

SPOONK is in the process of obtaining cultural Public Benefit Organization (PBO) status. Donations are currently not deductible from taxes. Once we obtain PBO status, individuals can deduct 1.25 x the amount of the gift from their income tax return.
Companies subject to corporate income tax can deduct 1.5 x the amount.
